Terms of Service — ♥BriLewm♥

You must be 18 years or older to commission a plush from me. If you are under the age of 18 you need parental permission as I do not sell or work with minors.

Once my quote form is open and you’ve filled out a form you should receive an e-mail from me within 2 business days with a quote. Since I have events most of the year commissions will only be open from October to end of November. They may open at the beginning of the year if I have less events but as of 2023 that is not the case.
Invoices will be sent out within a day of the quote form being closed and payments should be made within 48 hours unless a payment plan has been discussed.
I will let commissioners know where they stand in the queue but as far as while I am working on your plush you will get emails or direct messages from me to confirm any extra details and make any changes before plush is completed. I will also confirm the embroidery details and certain aspects of the plush to make sure it’s what you want.

Unless the commission is private until received I will post WIP photos on my social media platforms which I usually do as stories on Instagram.
Once plush is complete I will confirm mailing address and ship out that Friday.

Please look over my work before commissioning me to make sure that my style works for you.
References are never going to be 100% the same and I may have to have my own style on it. You’ll receive photos and updates.
Original Characters (OCs) will be discussed with the client with regards to styling or omitting certain features.
I will NOT replicate another artists work/style. Do not ask me to do this or you will be blacklisted. Things such as kuttari/touhou style plushies are acceptable to ask for though.

I reserve the right to post any plush I create on my social media whether it is your original character or not. I can hold off on posting until plush has arrived to where it is going but will not refrain from posting at all.
Patterns I make for the plush are mine and I have the right to make other plushies using parts of that pattern. I won’t recreate the plush if it is an original character but certain features if applicable will be used such as ear or tail style.
You can’t take a plush I’ve made break down the pattern and or have it then mass produced unless I am receiving royalties.

Florida residents will be charged the applicable sales tax amount in addition to the total price of the plush, including shipping. The amount charged is dependent on the county that you live in.
No refunds unless I am unable to complete your plush or have not started.
I accept payment plans but will not start working on plush until payment has been completed
Payment is done via paypal invoice or I can do through square which is preferred.

Plushies are made using smooth minky, suede cloth and various types of fabric like pleather. I stuff plushies with polyfil fiber stuffing and some plushies include poly pellets.

They come from a smoke free home but I do own cats. They are not in my work room but they do live in the home and stray hair particles are most likely on my clothing while I work. Please keep that in mind if you have extremely severe allergies.

Once plush is mailed out and tracking provided it is no longer my responsibility and any updates will need to be communicated with your postal service. I can assist if you are having a lot of difficulty and if you would like to add insurance to the shipping packaged that can be arranged.
I primarily use USPS and ship worldwide. Tracking is always included and insurance and expedited shipping can be purchased as well. If you would prefer me to use another postal service that can be arranged but costs will vary.
I do try to ship on Fridays only since I only make one trip a week to the post office.
For international buyers I do not collect VAT taxes but you can either pay the VAT directly once you receive the plush or we can go through Etsy as they charge the VAT tax but I do not know how much it will be
